Post is named after its location, the franking room of Perth’s original General Post Office in the State Buildings. Post is COMO The Treasury’s inner-city osteria, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.
The constantly evolving menu is a contemporary take on Italian classics and is guided by the season’s bounty.
CHEF & TEAM
Born in Perth, Western Australia, Kim Brennan has returned his home city as Head Chef of Post at COMO The Treasury. Following time in London at Notting Hill Brasserie, he relocated to Sydney for a role at Becasse.
2012 saw Brennan open the acclaimed Flying Fish restaurant at Tokoriki Island Resort in Fiji alongside celebrity chef Peter Kuruvita, before establishing himself back home at COMO The Treasury in Perth.
Kim's passion for Italian flavours is complemented by his team of Italian chefs.
