Born in Perth, Western Australia, Kim Brennan has returned his home city as Head Chef of Post at COMO The Treasury.
Following time in London at Notting Hill Brasserie, he relocated to Sydney for a role at Becasse.
2012 saw Brennan open the acclaimed Flying Fish restaurant at Tokoriki Island Resort in Fiji alongside celebrity chef Peter Kuruvita, before establishing himself back home at COMO The Treasury in Perth. His passion for Italian flavours is complemented by his team of Italian chefs.
Alongside Post’s contemporary menu, Brennan oversees the restaurant’s feature of healthy cuisine with its COMO Shambhala menu.
